This is the best CrossFit gym around. Very laid back and family oriented. It’s a place not only that I get my workout done, but also a place that I feel comfortable and invited. HIIT The Weights with Coach Mary Pennefather is an excellent class and I look forward to it each time! Mary is a great instructor – clear, direct, focused, attentive, and with great energy.
