Why Group Training?

At BattleGrounds Fitness, we offer a variety of Group Training options. All programs focus on functional movements, which trains MOVEMENTS, not muscles. It mirrors how humans were meant to move and helps to make you move even better. All programs are led by a group of professional coaches, who can help you modify and scale the workouts to your current level of fitness and mobility–all while keeping you motivated and accountable.

Our Group Training Programs

CrossFit

Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. The program is modified for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter. Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same general workout. As an official CrossFit Affiliate, we have credentialed expert coaches that will help you improve your health and fitness while reaching your specific goals.

Battle Sisters

Our women's fitness program is a strength and conditioning class focusing on women's overall wellness. We utilize adaptable workouts for any level of fitness and a range of equipment from body weight movements to dumbbells and rowers. Our focus is to ensure all women have access to fun and effective workouts.
To meet the needs of your busy schedule, we have designed our class to last 45 minutes. Got Kids? No problem, childminding available.

CrossFit Sweat

Our CrossFit Sweat program is for everyone! It is designed to get your body moving and your cardio going--all while building strength, endurance, confidence and making friends.

6-WEEK BOOT CAMP

This program is designed to help you kick start your fitness & wellness journey no matter your current fitness or activity level. Our New Year Boot Camp was sold out, be on the lookout for our next Boot Camp later this year.

CrossFit Teens

Crossfit Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for 13-17 year old teenagers (some age exceptions can be made depending on maturity and skill level). This program will help teenagers develop a lifetime love of fitness, through age-appropriate weightlifting, conditioning and gymnastics training.
